Ruben Carrizal, President as a Certified Fraud Examiner he performs consulting services for corporate and government clients in the areas of fraud, risk management and investigations. He has over 30 year’s law enforcement investigative experience, is a licensed consultant, and member of The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, American Society for Industrial Security, National Association of Investigative Specialist, Law Enforcement Alliance of America, and The Institute for Financial Crime Prevention. He has been featured on televised news story regarding workers compensation fraud.
As a Special Investigator for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (Office of Federal Investigations) he has conducted law enforcement checks pertaining to individuals who will have either access to classified information or an assignment involving sensitive national security duties.
As Special Investigator for U. S. I. S. he has conducted neighborhood inquiries, developed reference interviews, and interviewed medical personnel, as applicable. Obtain documents to support written commentary, resolve conflicts or omissions in facts or evidence, and acquire statements regarding any derogatory information. In addition, prepares and enters his findings in a prepared investigative report to described agency.
